Payment & Shipping
• Actual shipping costs depend on the total weight of the ordered items.
• We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and JCB credit cards.
• Orders will be processed within 2–3 business days.
• Delivery times may vary due to holidays or customs clearance.
• Taiwan official tax invoices are not provided for international orders.
• Any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
 
Returns & Refunds
• We only accept returns or exchanges due to product defects, damage, or shipping errors.
• Returns for personal reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
• If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information and we are unable to reach you within 2 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded after deducting the actual shipping costs.
• Refunds will be returned to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
